Use of the site

Eligibility

Access to and use of l7lotteryplay.in.net (the "Site") is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in lottery or gaming activities under the laws applicable in their state or territory within India. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. L7 Lottery reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age or identity, such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or valid passport, at any time before processing a transaction or disbursing winnings.

Permitted use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: use the Site in any manner that violates applicable Indian federal or state laws; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its servers; introduce viruses or other harmful code; use automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools to extract content; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in conduct that restricts another user's enjoyment of the Site. L7 Lottery participates in responsible gaming practices and may impose deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or account suspensions where misuse is detected.

Payments and account responsibilities

Transactions on the Site may be completed through widely accepted Indian payment methods including PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM UPI, net banking, and debit or credit cards issued by Indian banks. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. L7 Lottery will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of L7 Lottery or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property treaties. The L7 Lottery name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of L7 Lottery. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of any trademark or copyrighted material appearing on the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Limited licence to users

L7 Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly distribute any Site content without prior written consent from L7 Lottery. Any permitted use must retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices in their original form.

User-submitted content

If you submit feedback, reviews, or any other content to the Site, you grant L7 Lottery a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content in any media. You warrant that you own or control all necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, products, and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. L7 Lottery does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Lottery results and prize information displayed on the Site are for reference only; official draw results as published by the relevant authorised lottery authority shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Cap on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, L7 Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of L7 Lottery to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to L7 Lottery in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
